Investment Compact Report on implementation of the SEE Regulatory Governance Action Plans
This Midterm Implementation Report measures progress of individual SEE countries, as well as of the region as a whole, in implementing the Regulatory Governance Action Plans. The Action Plans contain the most immediate priorities for action reiterated in the 2004 Ministerial Statement of the Investment Compact as the regional commitments for reform.

Moldova: situation analysis and trend assessment
During its first decade of independence, Moldova moved toward building democratic institutions, establishing a market economy, and developing cooperation with Western economic, political and military institutions. Moldova become a member of the United Nations, the CSCE/OSCE, joined NATO’s Partnership for Peace programme, and in 1995, become one of the first former Soviet states admitted to the Council of Europe.

Updating cost-benefit analysis of the territorial-administrative reform in the Republic of Moldova in 2004
In 2003, IDIS Viitorul in joint cooperation with Business Consulting Institute (BCI) has accomplished a general assessment of the incurred costs for the territorialreform initiated in Moldova. The reported expenses predicted by the IDIS Viitorul and BCI amounted to almost 740 million of Moldovan Lei.
