La création d”un espace de cohabitation européenne est basée sur des prémisses objectives, celles du progrès de la civilisation humaine. Influencée par la spécificité de l”étape historique, la Communauté européenne a identifié le facteur prioritaire/déterminant de l”intégration, à savoir l”intégration par l”éducation, autrement dit, l”intégration par l”enseignement, qui constitue le moyen le plus structuré dans la construction de la personnalité humaine

ICT in Moldova in context with Education for All
The decisions made at Dakar Forum in April 2000 assigned tasks for community activities and obligations of participated countries during ten years. The Dakar Forum, in the name of International Community took community obligations to assure education for “each citizen and each society”. In the purpose of achievement Dakar Forum’s decisions the Government of the Republic of Moldova organized in December 2001 the National Conference “Education for All”. The conference decided to elaborate a national program “Education for All”.

Moldova: Teaching Entrepreneurship to Engineering Students in the Former Soviet Union
In 2003, the Technical University of Moldova successfully piloted an ambitious entrepreneurship program for a group of its students, consisting of formal instruction and an internship with a successful Moldovan entrepreneur. This paper describes the genesis of the project; the successful search for funding; the curriculum; selection of faculty, students and mentors; evaluation; the related entrepreneurial inventory project; and the place of the program within the framework of the new International Center for Entrepreneurship in Moldova.
